Use it cold
Place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours or chill it in the refrigerator until it reaches the desired temperature. Then, apply the smooth surface to the skin. Do not use it for more than 20 minutes.
Use it hot
Distribute the balls evenly.
Microwave in 10 second intervals, checking until desired temperature is reached.
Then place the soft surface on the skin. Do not use it for more than 20 minutes.
